The staff was accommodating after I reported a theft, and I enjoyed the delicious Panamanian dish, Sancocho, at the on-site restaurant.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Room was clean. The adjustable bed was great!

Not the fault of the hotel, however there is construction next door and it is noisy. Ok if I was there for business, however, on vacation I want to sleep in a bit.

The room was clean and had a good television setup. The surrounding area experienced heavy traffic was great. The noise from the hallway sometimes disturbed the peace in my room.

hotel is not providing any slippers in the hotel room. therefore, you have to be with your shoes in your room most of the time.

The breakfast buffet was the highlight! So many fresh Panamanian dishes to try. The only downside was the heavy traffic around the hotel. A great stay 😊

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a good TV and cable setup. The staff were great. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the financial district and local attractions.

Nice place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and helpful staff who shared great town info during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

The friendliness of the staff

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a really good stay. My queen room with the best value for money hotels, the electronics was modern. The staff were excellent and affable in case of questions.

We had an amazing group vacation exploring the city and visiting the Biomuseum and Casco Viejo. The hotel was convenient for our plans, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. Make sure to brush up on some Spanish, as it comes in handy. I definitely recommend trying the Panamanian dishes in the restaurant!

One downside was the area around the hotel. It's quite challenging to navigate due to heavy traffic and narrow sidewalks. It took us a while to find our way the first day.

The entire staff was helpful and friendly. They were quite patient and helpful with my spanish. I ordered room service and found the price quite reasonable and the food was fantastic. There is an excellent, yet inexpensive, greek restaurant nearby. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The location was too close to the local casinos. It felt more Vegas than Central America, though that is not the fault of the Hilton.

Clean common areas, clean rooms with all proper accessories. Room came with microwave, frig, and even a safe. Tv had lots of channels in english. Staff was very helpful and the restuarant serve a well balanced menu of good food.

The hotel offered a clean King Room with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped business center, essential for my work needs. The staff was attentive and helpful, assisting with my requests efficiently. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of fresh Panamanian dishes and was a highlight of my stay.
